Let's first get Mary Mallon out of the way: People's actions against her were in self-defence, thus legitimate.

Society need not accept people who threaten it with disease (in fact, society need not accept anyone it doesn't like, for whatever reason) and society has the right to keep such people at a distance. What society has no right, is to tell those people how to live their life once already kept reasonably distant to prevent infection.

Regarding your other questions, I'm aware that the rest of my words would make no sense to those who deny the spirit, who instead operate on the (false) premise as if "we" are just a body, a conglomeration of biological cells. People who hold this belief often hold the prolonging of the metabolic-functions of our physical bodies (which they wrongly consider as 'life') as their highest value. I don't share that value.

Children belong to their parents because they freely chose to be born to them. The physical baby/foetus body may be formed, but nobody can be forced to identify with it, it's a matter of choice.

Children have free choice just like adults and in some cases are more spiritually mature than many adults, the only difference being that young children are unable to express their choice, hence they selected such parents who can represent them and protect their freedom.

Specifically, spiritually-advanced children select parents who would ensure that their spiritual purity and integrity, achieved over many lifetimes, will not be ruined by some silly humanists who consider them to be just a body.

I do not agree with your statement that "the state has a roll in protecting all citizens": the state may only legitimately protect those who sought its protection. If either the child him/herself or a parent (even one) ON THEIR BEHALF sought the state's protection, or otherwise freely consented to it, then indeed the state may protect that child - but not otherwise.

I didn't make a comment, merely stating a fact. Although population control has been discussed to no end ,modern medicine has a lot to answer re over population. Medicine should really start to address preventing live rather than having mass production just because they can. Remember, medicine does not pay for the outcome it produces, tax payers do & it's nearly always the lower paid ones. If lives can be saved that's great but it would be greater if too many lives could be prevented. The smarter ones are doing it voluntarily, the silly just do it because someone else always picks up the tab.

Gosh reading this is instructive .. its like reading stuff from the pre enlightenment times. I wonder what happened to rational Australia? I have friends in Australia who had polio as children , have disabling paralyses and are now getting post polio syndrome which is life shortening. Their parents suffered terrible guilt as they did not have access to vaccination in the bush back then..I have been living in Asia for 25 years have seen what happens when vaccinations are not on hand. Take a look at Pakistan now that the Talibs are killing the health workers, kids are dying and being disabled by preventable diseases... the Talibs are led by same sort of paranoid fanaticism pushed by the anti vaccination lobby. The science is so easy to understand, it an indication of how dumbed down Australia has become that parents oppose it.
In parts of Europe you are not allowed to send you kids to school if they are not vaccinated as they are a public health risk, just so.

Vaccinations work. As do many thousands of other medications.
If you don't want to avail yourself of these medications, then that is up to you.
