Has anybody downloaded the govt's app for tracing the Wuhan virus?

If you will not be downloading it could you tell us your reason for not wanting to do so?

Mr Opinion,

I downloaded app last night.

I am ok with it, as I am with the approach taken by Morrison Govt and Brendan Murphy

Chris,

I will not be downloading the app.

They say it is all about tracing the spread of the Wuhan virus within communities which is a good idea but there is in my opinion an aspect of the scheme that l think is a 'hidden' component of the scheme which I consider to be quite alarming if true.

I'll let you know what I think this is when the numbers downloading the app flatten out.

Mr O

I will not be downloading the app. If people were serious about human life they would be against killing unborn babies. Also we have witnessed how quickly we have become a Police state with those on good safe incomes insisting that people who have lost their livelyhoods told to stay inside while they travel to work and enjoy their lattes. I do not trust Government with data. It is true they already have masses of data but given the atrocious performance by some Police and Comrad Andrews ties with China I have no intention of bowing to fear. We have not been fed reliable information and models used by our Health Departments have been shown to be totally wrong. Though I think our PM is the best we have his blackmailing tactics are also very disappointing.

I won't be downloading it as I have enough information via TV etc., besides which I'm isolated very effectively.

That's right ttbn, you went groveling after Corny Banana, even joining The Corny Conservative Party. The laugh was on you, they took your money and done a bunk! WHAT A SUCKER!

BTW, in response to your jab at me, to quote that great philosopher John Candy; "Gee, it must be swell to be so perfect and odor-free!" and to add a quote from the Life Of Brian; :You lucky, lucky, bastard!" (from the bloke hanging on the wall)

I was fairly okay with the app, until ScumO' announced it was going to be managed by the Yankee CIA, sorry Amazon. With the Minister for Propaganda claiming 1.3 million downloads in 5 hours, I believe they are trying to whip up pro app hysteria. Never trust conservatives, they always favour a police state.
