Teachers and pupils that feel they are at risk should stay at home.
Shadow Minister, If the medical people & Police etc. decided to stay home too, I'm certain it'd be Teachers who complained first ! Posted by individual, Thursday, 30 April 2020 7:42:09 PM

We all know what Soot 'Beam up me Scotty' Morrison's position is on getting the teachers and kids back into the classrooms but what about that of the Chinese Communist Party. I mean after all, who's running the country? I reckon these two guys can answer that question:

Mr O, don't be like that, Twiggy knows what side his iron ore is buttered! When ScumO' gets over his Donald inspired tantrum, he'll be back, cap in hand, begging the Chinese to play marbles with Australia once again. The only trouble is China holds all the marbles, and by then they'll be playing marbles with the Yanks.

Apart from learning the extent to which Andrew Forrest has connections in the Chinese Communist Party through his business interests I also saw on the news yesterday that media magnate Kerry Stokes is a close friend of Xi Jinping.
Are these guys blind to the fact that they are puppets of the Chinese Communist Party? Or maybe they believe that Australia has a Chinese future and they want to have a piece of the action. I was surprised to hear that Andrew Forrest will be reimbursed by the Commonwealth for the $320 million his Minderoo Foundation gave to China for the Wuhan virus test kits. In other words the Australian taxpayer is giving China $320 million - not Andrew Forrest who wants to look as if he is the great philanthropist. Have I ever recounted the story of the Chinese business woman in Sydney who said "Aren't the Australian dumb!" Yes lady they sure are! And yesterday on TV in an interview with Andrew Forrest, Karl Stefanovic said this to him: "You didn't tell the PM's office - you didn't tell the health minister's officer - it's almost like you've performed an act of treason." All I can do to sum up is to cite the lady from Sydney: Aren't the Australian dumb! Posted by Mr Opinion, Friday, 1 May 2020 7:10:36 AM

Mr O, Andrew Forrest has no connection what so ever with the Chinese Communist Party, although he requests you refer to him as Comrade Twiggy from now on! Okay, he went to Comrade Xi's birthday party, didn't everybody? Okay he spent the last Xmas hols at Comrade Xi's house, who doesn't?
"Kerry Stokes is a close friend of Xi Jinping" Ain't we all! Only because they play marbles together! "You didn't tell the PM's office - you didn't tell the health minister's officer" Are you criticising Comrade Twiggy because he has a speech impairment! What's $320 million between friends, count it out; "one million for ScumO', one, two, millions for Twiggy, one, two, three millions for Xi. etc, etc, etc, what can be fairer than that, sorry I forgot a million for Kezza! We are all in this together! Someone throw Greggy a million to shut him up! As you can see there's plenty of million to go round. You ask about your million, there a cheque in the mail! Anyway, who tells Scotty and Greggy anything at the best of times? Posted by Paul1405, Friday, 1 May 2020 9:30:45 AM

However, if the teachers stay at home, then so do the pupils, and in many cases so do the mothers of the pupils who then lose pay and / or their jobs.
With the infection rate now very low and precautions taken the health risk is minimal, and the consequences of keeping schools closed will be dire on the economy.
