Hi, there IS MISE...

I'm sorry for the confusion, with the various Robert's and Bob's et al. Another unwanted 'hangover' from work I'm afraid. Where we always called a POI, by their full (known) name. Incidentally, I hope ANZAC Day was all you wished for, IS MISE? Cheers...Sung Wu.

Hi, o sung wu,

Had a great Anzac Day, went to Sydney this year to see some old mates, went to the Dawn Service and as I posted elsewhere met a couple of Sikh veterans and had a good yarn to them.
Hope yours went well also.

Dear ALTRAV,

Ho hum.

Of course you would use the word maggot again. Anywhere there is a non-compliant woman gets that label from you. It is tired and repetitive and naturally speak volumes about your base nature.

To the rest of you misanthropes your attitude gives licence to any action against protesters. I can just imagine Chinese versions of the sad lot of you sitting around expressing the same lack of sympathy for those killed, injured, and tortured during the Tienanmen Square massacres.

Nothing really separates you does it.

Citizens peacefully protesting deserve protection and should receive it in any civilised country. Freedom to protest is part of who we are. It is un-Australian to try and strip that right away be condoning or even celebrating violence toward peaceful protesters.

Steele,

You're right, everyone should be free to try to close a gate on a running horse, even city people who only ever seen one from a distance.

One problem with freedoms though, is that they may have unforeseen consequences.

Cheers,

Joe

Here's a man who rides his horse into a peaceful
demonstration and a concert of live music. The
man is obviously hell-bent on causing a disruption -
he gallops his horse full-pelt around the stage
and around the
field waving his hat in the air. His galloping horse
knocks over a woman as the rider tried to flee
then rides off into nearby bushland while the lady
is left lying on the ground seriously injured -
and is taken to hospital.

Yet , some men here are blaming the lady?
OMG!

Thank you Steele and Foxy for your usual level headed contributions to a subject. Unfortunately even you most intelligent of folks cannot enlighten the forums collection of grumpy old men, I'm sure there is more than one Steve Dicko Dickson voter among them.

I am convinced they are adding something to the drinking water at the Forums retirement village which is having a somewhat thought disturbing, mind numbing effect on the forums far right mob of geriatrics. The lads just can't comprehend the facts of the matter.
