Yes, I think the Magistrate is right on the ball. He doesn't seem to, as most other people, have much of an opinion of the greens.

Let's compare the two incidents.
The smart arse attention grabbing kid got (unfortunately) less than he deserved, for a pre-meditated act of self interest, trying to get posted on you tube, and paid for it. (Karma)
The stupid old maggot, got 'more' than she bargained for when she engaged in a spontaneous act of stupidity by running out into the path of a galloping horse, thinking she was so smart as to stop a half tonne mass approaching at speed, by being on the other side of the gate.
And she too paid for it. (Karma)
These people have never experienced the 'real' world and that is why they keep stuffing up, and being gutless little children, they always try to lay blame on someone else.
This is why the left are branded with the message of 'grow up'.
I still can't believe it, anyone who has handled, any gate, can tell you, firstly don't stand immediately behind it if there is, or there is the chance, of something approaching.
The same people would know the consequences of doing exactly what she did.
I have no qualms with the 'idiot' on the horse, he was just, 'HORSING AROUND', hahaha.
But I do feel for the horse, he is the only 'innocent' victim here and did not need to be attacked by a steel gate.
The rider is also innocent of any wrong doing.
The twats who were there made it out to be more than it was.
If I were them, I would slide quietly back into oblivion, because on even the most basic scrutiny, we find that they are at fault for even being there.
So as is reckognised by law, if you should not, therefore would not, have been there, then nothing would have occurred.
