Surely you can’t be talking about the Abrahamic god there, Josephus.

<<The basic principle of Christianity is admiration and emulation of the perfect character [God] …>>

He would have to be one of the most evil characters in all fiction, after all. Not to mention an incompetent and bumbling fool.

<<Atheist philosophies applied in the last 200 years have murdered millions in the attempt to eradicate religion.>>

Well, they were atheistic, at least. However, for some reason it so often needs to be noted here that atheism itself cannot be blamed for those past actions, as there is nothing within atheism to support what the communists did.

I wouldn’t go down the body-count line, if I were you. It’s one you’ll lose.

It amazes me that people can't work out what I am doing here...I am currently showing the Bible is rubbish... It's that simple!

I am being very positive...I'm positive most of you have never realised these verses are there...I am positive that the blind believing Pharisees here like Josephus and Runner will remain blind and bear false witness...I am positive I am telling the truth...Nothing but positives here!

Don't whitewash the truth....So what are we saying there is nothing positive in someone finally telling the truth? You might want to re-think continuing the coverup with benefits stories.

So the religions lying to everyone is a good thing apparently! lmao

Deuteronomy 22:20-21 2 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

Women just can't take a trick under Mosaic Law or Biblical Law... Moses will find a way to kill them somehow...

Not a bad deal for the rich guy... See a woman you like (it doesn't matter if she doesn't like or want to marry you)... have your way with her and she is yours for fifty shekels of silver! BONUS! - She loses either way as she won't show the signs of virginity so he can have her stoned to death the next day after the wedding.

How do believers believe that these laws were from GOD? They are lies and totally anti-God!.

Moses made stuff up and due to believers lack of respect for GOD - They believe it!

I'm positive that the Bible is oppressive to women...

More coming...

Interesting how so many here want to divert the discussion from the Bible to the Quran and to the Mulsim religion. It seems so many people are scared of the truth being told...

Didn't Jesus want the truth?

It is an Abrahamic religion so what I am saying applies to all Abrahamic religions.

Like the Jewish religion they consider Jesus a prophet...

Now of course I won't be diverted because the Bible need exposing. One thing I know though..

Two verses in the Quran relate to cutting the hands off of thieves, a barbaric and wrong practice!

But have you ever thought where they got it from?

Good old Jesus said it and they just formalised the practice...

Jesus said...Matthew 18:8 Wherefore, if thy hand or thy foot causeth thee to sin, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into everlasting fire.

Now seeing you guys believe that Jesus was at least the son of God or wrongly that Jesus is God... then why did he say it?

His omniscience should have told him how easily a verse like that could be misused by humans.

Matthew 18:8 Is a really stupid thing to say when you think of it!

But enough of that distraction and I am bored with the psychopath Moses so let's cover a few more ridiculous things from the Bible... I'll get back to Moses and the other psychopaths that people call Bible heroes later.

Now one of the most absurd and unintelligent beliefs in believers is that of a bloody talking snake...lol

Yes, you know the snake that is used to scare young children along with the stories of places like hell that don't even exist.

Hey kids - We want you to believe in God and if you don't you will rot in the sulphur lakes of hell for eternity. So is that a good positive thing to lie about to children?

Op2,
Christianity is not about believing in God, It is about applying the righteousness of God to one's life; otherwise your life is wasted for eternity in hell. The spirit of an unrepentant liar, self opinionated proud, sexual pervert, thief or murderer will always be shunned by good character [God].

Well, what do you have to say about the antinomianism teachings of Mohammad?

You do know, of course, what antinomianism is?

You can always look it up on Google.
