Christians are great at saying sorry...They very rarely are sorry from my experience but this repent rubbish lets them off the hook on all manner of wrong doings.

When I see a Church leader say "we are sorry" or I see a prayer vigil for those who have been abused, it sickens me to my stomach! What a crock!

The Trinity was invented prior to the Council of Nicea?

Debate was raging in Rome over this one issue prior to the Council and so to keep peace in Constantine's Rome they formalised it as the trinity.

He ascends to GOD...They are separate!

Jesus pleads to know why GOD had foresaken him....If Jesus is GOD this makes no sense at all. Is he pleading with himself asking why he has foresaken himself?...So by ignoring this are you saying GOD and Jesus are illogical?

This defines how Jesus defines "being as one", if we can be one with Jesus and GOD what is he saying here?

I can't be Jesus or GOD so when he uses the words "as one" he is talking in a spiritual sense, being on the same page and understanding, NOT being one entity.

Question: So we can be GOD also? NO! Jesus further explains oneness here! It means one in spirit...This isn't so tricky!

GOD gave Jesus, a separate entity, glory. God then passes that glory onto us. I can't be as one with Jesus in a physical sense... I can never be Jesus... BUT then using the words in this verse, can Jesus be GOD. If the words don't apply to us how can they apply to Jesus and GOD when Jesus states that they may be one, even as we are one:?

The fact that it makes no difference why they do what they do suggests that you were trying to make excuses for them or downplay the seriousness of the situation (else why would you bother to proffer alternatives?), and that was the shocking part.

The figure I keep hearing is 7%, and that’s just what we know. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was much higher than that, but even if it isn’t, 7% is massive given the severity and seriousness of the crime in question. If 7% of the general population were murderers, we wouldn’t just brush that off as a small proportion.

But it’s not just a few though, is it? The knowledge of what was going on had to have been almost universal among the clergy. If it weren’t, then we should have seen the odd priest here and there reporting what they had found to the authorities. That fact that we didn’t see this suggests that they were all complicit to some degree or another.

The Catholic Church is still a criminal organisation.
