Heading: dysfunctional behaviours from remembered dysfunctional stories.

The bible is full of dysfunctional stories. Beginning with: Cain and Able, Cain killing Able murder story; Abraham and Sarah old age couple defying god, having 2 children story; Issac's death bed two children choice to lead the tribe, Jacob marrying the wrong woman, Jacob breading goats with black spots. Dysfunctional stories are more appealing more entertaining for readers and listeners to take notice.
Much the same scripted stories are produced for modern citizenry to take notice, news media follow selective murders and boring political announcements using fast talking short headline statements, news readers hurried onto other stories containing no identical similarities to prier stories. Human memories are punished, if human incentive to memorise facts and ideas are persuaded by keenness to learn: children teenager and adults. Resulting behaviours are I believe to condition listeners to ignore detailed facts and assumed complex conclusions, Sabotaging human memories. Takes extreme dysfunctional behaviours in order to entertain humans' further incentives to remember stories.

Humans' lifetime of taking notice of dysfunctional stories denies/deprives humans an ability to think correctly, to remember correct information, entertaining dysfunctional memories are I suggest prompt humans into deciding poor decisions rather than good decisions. Reporting dysfunctional as in not correctly functional events easily redirects listeners attentions towards pointless to humans' own benefit, depriving attention listeners and readers of more complex to understand curiosity.

After a week of 4 Corners reporting Australia's government deregulated building industry laws, allowing fire prone cladding to be imported into Australia from China, signed off for use in buildings by university educated licensed by government private company engineers non-government authorities for unsuitable use in hundreds high rise buildings, people responsible for signing off on installing fire prone cladding are doing so to continue providing paid for by builders, engineer services to builders wanting fire prone cladding signed off on.

People concerned about fire safety, warning cladding was unfit for cladding high rise buildings, being ignored.

Malcolm Turnbull during Saturday September 9, at a CLP conference country Liberals seen around midday on ABC24. Malcolm Turnbull's speech devoted ideas to jobs in the Northern Territory, somewhat used to attack “Labor ideology and incompetence”. Malcolm saying Liberal Party are best suited for being in government, being devoted to business rather than inexperienced Labor Party union movement politicians. Accusing Labor Government of one mistake after another.

After years of Liberal government self-promoting themselves as good management, deregulating the building industry, allowed business to get on with doing business, yet making profits is all business ideology cares about.

Australia now has to put up with inquiries about business ripping off Australian citizenry. Banks and Building industry working within legal guideline laws, management given bonus incentive to work around laws, selling products to badly educated into ignoring everything worrying citizenry, corporations using intentionally complex contracts, assuring companies go unpunished for adding increasing charges for undefined services. All citizenry get out of authoritarian regulators is talk, supposedly fining companies for breaking corporate laws.

1950s 1960s federal Liberals under Menzies gave Australia asbestos cladded houses, which asbestos wasn't, removed from sale until early 1980s, myself being able to buy asbestos Hardy Plank cladding in 1981.

Malcolm Turnbull promoting Liberals at the end of the same week 4 Corners reports on up to 10 years of building material deregulation, allowing Chinese fire prone cladding and Chinese regulation standard percentage of asbestos cladding claiming Chinese cladding contains no asbestos as though cladding containing Chinese government authoritarian poor regulated practices regulated percentage of asbestos cladding was sold in China, Malcolm Turnbull promoting trade with Asian counties was a good thing.

Australia sends Asian counties live animal food stock, good regulated products, baby formula milk powder, Australia often gets bad products in return, exampling cladding, builders install using the bribe of “If private industry regulation engineers don't sign off on imported Chinese fire prone and asbestos building materials, private industry sign off engineers will not receive any future (money earning) requests for their services”.

During the 4 Corners program, some responsibility was placed on cladding installers. Cladding being installed by non licensed installers. An inquiry committee into the cladding said the problem is we don't know who to blame. 4 Corners last comments from a working class dressed looking man was the blame is with the government.

I theorise, reasons industries have regulations are that during past years, capitalist company profit making incentive industries have maximised profits by cutting corners, causing significant harm to poor working class citizenry. Exampling one SBS Great Britain railway series episode showed Great Britain had aged 4 years old children sweeping chimneys hired by master chimney sweeper adult males. Old black and white film footage showing a small child entering a chimney. Much public protests on child labour were needed before government legislated against such child labours.

Business interests to make money, big business lobbying government to remove previously introduced regulations, society ends up with fire prone and asbestos cladding high rise buildings.
To buy the buildings, increasing migration for immigrants to occupy old buildings, creating demand for new buildings, legislating foreign Asian investors to buy off the plan high rise buildings rather than pre-existing buildings, somewhat indicates government had a degree of awareness.

Fire prone hire rise buildings insurance premiums are by the 4 Corners program predicted to rise. Insurance being what insurance is, all building insurances will rise, safer buildings subsidising unsafe not required to declare buildings contain dangerous fire prone materials on hire rise building insurance forms due to not wanting fire prone buildings to lose significant value over expensive full cover insurance.

Australia abandons manufacturing, focusing attentions on infrastructure expansion and high rise inner city buildings for short term wealth creation.

Comes back to: a poor irrelevant school education; irrelevant and dysfunctional news media and dysfunctional entertainment media; political system infected by their own establishment propaganda redirections.
Citizenry can't talk between themselves without bringing up a go nowhere irrelevant to media news topic, being carried out behind closed doors and far far away from being personally effected, exampling: North Korea; White House Donald Trump dysfunctional tweeting news.

Dysfunctional media exampling same sex marriage, same sex loving relationships are in reality dysfunctional. Further dysfunctions, not functional: dancing; rock bands concerts; comedy programs background audience excessive laughter and excessive applause; murder stories; vampire stories... somewhat drives intentionally mentally stressed dysfunctional entertainment self-medicating brain opioid inducing educated Neanderthal human behaviours towards: alcoholism; drug addiction; etc..

Media news journalist expert sounding fact stories and statistics which are seemingly documentary information are constantly being interrupted by common people opinions. The constant no silent pause quick shifting between serious knowledge and no extra information from sitting down people's personal opinion, is to myself very annoying. My conclusions being that listeners are being deprived of “hold an idea long enough to remember what's being said”. That media program audience's laughter and applause turn what could be periods of thought, something to think about, into believed studio audiences gratification after every opportunity hosts and guests sentences end, using some point to some third party personal situation idea.

Loud music heard during informative industrial manufacturing documentaries reduces listener ability to remember what could be worthy of remembering. That not attempting to understand and remember due to missing out on what is thereafter being said, conditions listeners not to try to understand what's being said and/or assuming a self-rewarding quick assumption. That shifting between assembling components and vehicles driving on roads, commercials breaks up memorable thoughts. That every image happens so fast, moving quickly onto unrelated images, memories soon fade.
A program series where the male host walks through underground caves below old cities, talking hurriedly while walking, significantly loud hurrying background mood music being heard, lowering volume as the host and/or quests presenters talk.

September 10, A Current Affair, the first story was on Jihadi's jailed in a maximum security prison. As the female journalist walks through the jail complex, informing ACA listeners of prisoners conditions, etc., excessively loud music is heard. At periods the music became loud enough that hearing what the female journalist is saying, became difficult. The loudness of background music reduced when the female journalist and interviewees were seen talking. As children maybe watching, all background music should be considered as sabotaging listeners ability to remember stated knowledge, deliberate sabotage, much the same as school students are having human learning behaviours sabotaged while attempting to learn while under the influences of prolonged mental stress.

Added music sound expert costs adding music to one off stories which aid no real meaning to stories, I say deprives listeners of experiencing proficient memory ability, I say, questions the concept of making knowledgeable story presentations for reasons of media corporate profits, supporting my claims an establishment are intentionally using media for priority purpose of dummying down citizenry.

School children and working citizenry are hurrying through each working day, after a day of work, many citizenry whom on sitting down to watch television, entertainment and media program hosts are hurrying listeners through actor/host descriptions, shifting listeners memories through pointless limited intelligence selections of irrelevant noise. I say information content and speed of presentations are denying listeners any reason and any time to think.

Children are forced to concentrate on spelling words, teachers focus on words and number calculations, changing curriculum subjects each period, shifting ideas between controlling students attentions and explaining curriculum subject irrelevant to future career usages.

Everything from: Sunday morning Insiders; QandA; The Drum... panel conversations shifting around introduced moral politically correct explanation answers, listeners find holding prolonged thought on information difficult. Sports commentary shifting events. In real life, when issues need to be addressed, listeners on hearing needed to be thought about ideas anticipate shifting attentions onto something else.

Society has short attention spans, unable to do anything, waiting for the next distraction, wait long enough, the problem will go away on it's own. All 4 Corners program scandalous exposure problems, problem issues never to rarely ever return to update solutions. Don Dale Youth Centre teenager sues government, getting a pay out compensation. Manus Island solution class action settle out of court compensation payment.

An old idea that by insulting a person that person sues for compensation, payment of compensation depending on country has no taxable obligation, passing cash onto people as a form of payment for bribe and/or favour. Works well when payment money belongs to a government or share market traded company. Whom givers of money loses none of their own wealth. Lawyers carrying out out of court settlement negotiations collect a substantial percentage income on settlement deals.
I wait yet will not hold my breath on when 4 Corners exposes behind closed door deals on laws created to benefit the legal profession.
