US pretending to kill terrorist leaders is good propaganda.
Haven't enough people come from over population growth middle eastern countries migrated to western countries?
Anyone wanting to join terrorist organisations for whatever reasons, not realising themselves are joining first world leaders organised controlled terrorism groups. God, being anything that happens, all very bible story trickery. Be aware of the devil, the devil will try to trick you, natural selection.
The tactic is not ethical yet the tactic is innovatively intelligent.

Both: Osama Bin Laden, fighting Russian military in Afghanistan and North Vietnam communist leader Ho Chi Minh, stated in years ago documentaries, both persons worked for the US government. Documentaries never stated when each person ended their relationship with the US government.
