LOL @ArmchairCritic! I hardly doubt that being exposed to iPads is considered "creative" at all. However I don't think much of the suggestions that the OP has there are going to be quite effective for all levels of kids either. You can offer them the extra curricular activities if they are so inclined to join groups that explore certain things, but along with finances and independence, they're only going to learn about these "skills" when they get older.

Innovations can be made anytime, anywhere - if you have an idea and desire to implement this idea you can do everything. Activities - as the previous speaker mentioned - are great opportunity to make more innovations.
