I was once talking to my aunt. She told me she had called her son and there was no answer. She said, "Naturally, I expected the worst."

Well, the worst hadn't happened. Nobody was home at her son's house.

Bad things happened in her family. Her daughter, my cousin, became pregnant by her boyfriend who went off to fight in WW2 and was killed shortly after. Her daughter then committed suicide. Other bad things happened.

She had a lot of premonitions of disasters that never happened. To the best of my knowledge the disasters that did happen came with no warning.

In this discussion we have had accounts of seeing someone in the room at the time of their death. It may have happened. It may be a reconstructed memory due to grief. Accounts of seeing a person in the room who was in good condition don't get told but possibly happen.

I had a dream at the time of the 9/11 atrocity which I told this list about. I have had other vivid dreams which were not accompanied by any significant event so I have forgotten the details. I have not told this list about them as there's nothing much to tell. The 9/11 atrocity fixed the dream at the time in my memory.

The human mind does have spiritual links to other persons, especially in the case of identical twins, even if separated at birth. This of course is not life after death as ghosts. I personally believe that before language became a formal structure that humans could communicate much more by emotional telepathy.

9/11 used to sleep much better then worked up to 17 hours straight.
Woke only in part unsure why came out and turned TV on still very sleepy.
Watched the second plane hit the tower, thought I was watching movie, soon wide awake but why.
OUG my role took me to road trauma incidents, it took me to that one.
Car crash in front of a house I had known the owner of,she died there.
Trauma all around that house, its owner shot himself on learning he had cancer.
Home moved,to near me, a fully loaded semi trailer drove thought it!
Rebuilt, mate bought it, then sold it.
That young girl? visits seems to be looking for something.
73 dead persons on this once death strip all road trauma.
Generations of road workers live still in those nigh mares, and just a couple tell story's of seeing or feeling those folk.
