Not just Syria. There is a genocide of Christians going on in Nigeria as well as other African nations.

All of which are largely ignored by the Western Mainstream Media mainly for two reasons:

1. It can't be blamed on Israel or Trump.
2. There is no video of it and therefore it doesn't rate on mass media.

The American Fuhrer delivered a, I don't know what, a load of self indulgent propaganda about lunch time today, did anyone make any sense of it? All it did for me was reinforce the notion that Trump is delusional.

On the other hand Albanese, last evening delivered a three minute address to the nation, which was concise and informative. He backed that up with and address to the National Press Club today, which was level headed. Nothing like the rantings of the nincompoop in Washington!

Paul, There was much expected of Trumps speach but it just seemed to be
a run through of what those of us who take note knew already.
I did not expect notice of military action, that would be silly nut
I think he may have put the Iranians to sleep.
I think his public vision is a bit of a veil.
As far as Albo's talk, likewise nothing new Thursday night, but as far
as the Press Club went, I fell asleep in it & missed most.
That says it all.

Mhaze, yes the genocide in Africa gets almost no attention from the
media here. It is not just shoot them and back into the jungle either.
They are generally the most brutal of killings and protected by government.
It is what we can expect here as Australia would be a jewl in the Islamic Caliphate.

I'm glad someone understood it. Albo said that things would get tough over the next few months. As far as I could tell he didn't give any specifics as to why things would get tough, nor did he indicate what would be done as counter measures. It isn't just fuel, it is also fertilizer for food production.

Trump on the other hand has significantly degraded Iran's ability to conduct and fund terrorism. Iran is solely responsible for holding the world to ransom by blocking the Strait of Hormuz. Trump is justified in unblocking the Strait by whatever means necessary. Europe should stand against terrorism and not appease the terrorist nation of Iran.
