Foxy tells us there are no problems at the Washington Post... " its circulation figures are good"
Then she tells us there are 14 ways to fix it. Logic takes a holiday...there are no problems and here's how to fix it!! ____________________________________________________________ AC tells me that since I think Putin is a dictator that must mean I think " more Ukrainians dragged off the street and sent to the front to die with no chance of winning is also 'the right thing'" What ones got to do with t'other is something that only a mind as deranged as AC would know. I was going to do a full fisking on AC's logic but then realised that calling it logic was a complete misnomer. Logic takes a holiday. Somehow thinking Putin's a dictator means you must support Ukraine!! Of course the corollary is that, if you don't support Ukraine you have to excuse Putin in all his maniacal practices. Just to make it easier for poor AC - I prefer a system where the people get to choose their leaders even if the choice isn't terribly appealing rather than a system where opposing the leadership is a death sentence. Apart from anything else, systems where the people choose the leader is vastly more beneficial for the people than the alternative in terms of economic welfare. But that will go over AC's head. ______________________________________________________________- "Trump has said he will get rid of the American Constitution." I don't know how deranged and uninformed you have to be to believe that type of rubbish... perhaps Foxy can tells us although she shows it daily. And sadly, that was the least bonkers claim she made in her last post. Posted by mhaze, Friday, 7 June 2024 11:16:47 AM

mhaze,
The claims made were not mine. They came out of Trump's own mouth as well as the given links. Personally, I allow the facts to speak for themselves. You should try it using facts instead of using personal insults on me - and Trump's conspiracies and lies. Pathetic! Posted by Foxy, Friday, 7 June 2024 11:24:37 AM

"Logic takes a holiday." Hmmm
...Well you can lead a horse to water, but you can't force them to drink. "I was going to do a full fisking on AC's logic but..." - But what? by all means knock yourself out Logic... Tell me, do ANY OF YOU know about this? Here's an article from a couple days ago - Droning Russia’s nuke radars is the dumbest thing Ukraine can do http://responsiblestatecraft.org/ukraine-russia-nuclear-radars/ 'Attacks on the early warning system actually highlights the fragility of peace between the world's nuclear powers' This ones from Carnagie The United States Should Not Further Loosen Its Prohibition on Ukraine’s Using U.S.-Supplied Weapons to Strike Russia http://carnegieeurope.eu/posts/2024/06/ukraine-prohibition-us-weapons-strike-russia "In the past two weeks, Ukraine appears to have attacked large Russian radars at Armavir and Orsk, severely damaging the former. After more than two years of conflict, Ukrainian strikes against Russian radars—even on Russian soil—may seem unremarkable, but these were no ordinary radars. They were part of Russia’s strategic early warning system, designed to detect an incoming American nuclear strike and to enable Russia to launch its own nuclear forces before they are destroyed." What do you think might happen or maybe rephrase the question... What do you think Russia will think if F-16's capable of carrying Western nuclear weapons start flying into Ukraine right now? - After the west (which provides Ukraine's surveillance and targeting) deliberately took out Russia's strategic early warning system, 'designed to detect an incoming American nuclear strike'? There are no nuclear treaties left in effect. The West is continuing to try to escalate by allowing the use of long-range weapons to hit targets inside of Russia. Russia warns US against 'fatal' miscalculation in Ukraine http://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russia-warns-us-against-fatal-miscalculation-ukraine-2024-06-03/ "I would like to warn American leaders against miscalculations that could have fatal consequences. For unknown reasons, they underestimate the seriousness of the rebuff they may receive," state news agency RIA quoted Ryabkov as saying. Posted by Armchair Critic, Friday, 7 June 2024 12:17:05 PM

Again AC, you raving incoherently about Ukraine doesn't obviate the fact that Putin is a dictator.
Try as you might to change the subject away from your never-ending shrilling for the world's totalitarian dictators, I'm not playing. I've never supported Ukraine nor the war. I said from the outset that I'd like to see both sides lose. And they both are. But you have this inane notion that opposing Putin is the same as supporting Ukraine and conversely, opposing Ukraine means yo have to excuse the megalomania of Putin. Well, you're just wrong. "They came out of Trump's own mouth as well as the given links."
Except they didn't come from Trump's mouth. He never said he wanted to "get rid of the American Constitution." This is just something that others made up and you, as usual, fell for. And then hilariously called them facts. Well the fact is he never said it. the fact is you fell for lies about Trump..... again and again and again...and never learn.
