so long as they are human!
Yuyutsu, Yes and, more importantly behave like good humans as I've had to deal with too many bad ones in my time. The problem with humans is that way too many are animals who lie & cheat & cause much harm to good people ! Posted by Indyvidual, Sunday, 19 May 2024 7:39:10 AM

Dear Indyvidual,
«The problem with humans is that way too many are animals who lie & cheat & cause much harm to good people !» No one can be harmed, whether by animals or by humans, unless God wills so. Good people can be harmed because in the past they also did no-so-good things - show me one who didn't ever, but as we ourselves reduce lying, cheating and harming others, so will the incidents of others lying, cheating and harming us will also gradually reduce. Thanks to multiculturalism, hate preaching Imam Abdul Salam’s sermon was able to be delivered in Australia.
The main points of the tirade were: . Islam’s destiny is to rule over all other religions, including Jews, but also Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs and atheists. . The only way – the God-given way – to fulfil this destiny is through jihad. . Muslims must prepare as much power for this jihad as they can. He meant violent jihad and said of the two previous Caliphates: “None of them conquered the world by peaceful means, negotiations, concessions or understandings”. Obstacles to the “spreading and rule of Islam” have to be removed. This person belongs to the Australian National Imams Council, and is an expert in Islamic law. Next time someone comes up with the naive, “Not all Muslims ….”, ask them for proof. That won't have any, of course, because it is no sin in Islam lying to protect the faith. Atheists note: you are in Islam’s sights as well. If the hate speech and intentions are publicly spruiked by a leading Islamic organisation, that is enough to tell the apologists that they are dreaming. Hate speech can come from any organization. Be it
religious, ethnic or any other. In our country it's a criminal offence to stir up hatred of any particular group and needs to be reported to the police. There's been many various outspoken and controversial religious leaders preaching from various pulpits. And I'm sure that there still are. Thankfully many have also been replaced by their organizations and are no longer allowed to speak publicly. The Australia we currently live in has been shaped by decades of successive waves of migration which has helped to strengthen the cultural, economic, and ethnic diversity of our nation. Hopefully this will continue with proper long-term planning for our future generations. Australia has always used migration as a nation building endeavour that has strengthened the national identity and fostered and preserved the democracy. Most Australians according to surveys find that Australia's diverse societies are a national strength. They're part of our national characteristic of a shared Australian identity alongside Australia's First Nations traditions and its British Institutions. Our national identity continues to grow from pre-settlement to today and onto the future. Attempts at hate speech will end up where it belongs - on the dung heap of history. Controversial Rabbi calls for the annihilation of Arabs:
http://news.sky.com/story/us-fury-over-rabbis-anti-palestinian-sermon-10492275 Hatred can be found in many religions. This is not condoning it, merely stating facts. Posted by Foxy, Sunday, 19 May 2024 1:34:38 PM

Thank you for explaining your unique personal concerns, much appreciated.
I see that you are reading serious historical books, so I need to "warn" you that "The Drawing of the Dark" is fiction and involves magic, yet it is on topic, entertaining and based on a real historical event of a clash between East and West.
