Indyvidual,
How many Zionists does it take to screw in a light bulb? Four. One to stay home and convince others to do it. A second to donate the bulb. A third to screw it it. And, a fourth to proclaim that the entire Jewish people stand behind and support this action. Posted by Foxy, Friday, 17 May 2024 11:35:44 AM

Indyvidual,
We're all now connected by the internet, like neurons in a giant brain. Posted by Foxy, Friday, 17 May 2024 4:55:12 PM

If you want to see democracy in action, go to Georgia, where the west is trying another regime change.
- Wants to turn the living 'Georgians' into dead 'Ukrainians'. Watch this short segment on ABC and look how they sell you on the 'merits' of what they are doing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-Hl9XXqCxM Listen to everything she says, but pay close attention to what she says at 3:45 and then you will understand what it's all about. "These NGO's have to leave. They can't really work there and that makes it more difficult for for Europe and for the US to continue to offer support for the incumbent regime" * Interests of Europe and the United States What this is really about: 'Say someone came up to you and said "We need to fix roads, fix the schools, reduce crime" etc. You'd be like 'Yes, we should do those things' except of course if the person did not also say "I'm funded by the CCP, then you'd say "Sorry but I'm not interested". The problem for the West is that these laws effectively prevent them from conducting overthrows, it's as simple as that. Overextending Russia - Look for their policy on Caucases http://www.rand.org/pubs/research_reports/RR3063.html How the Georgian Government, Once a US Ally, Became an Adversary, Against the Wishes of Its Protesting Citizens http://www.justsecurity.org/95658/georgia-protests-us-ally/ What they won't highlight is the fact the Georgians voted in Georgia Dream because they don't want to end up like the Ukrainians. The West doesn't care how many Georgians have to die any more than it cares how many Ukrainians have to die. How many times have you heard them say it's Ukraine is great investment? Everyone made a heap on money. Posted by Armchair Critic, Friday, 17 May 2024 6:15:10 PM

Dear diver dan, . I’m afraid I’m not the sort of person who would, as you suggest, “gather a few of your like-thinkers together and erect a tent embassy in front of the Italian embassy to protest the treatment of indigenous populations by the Romans”. When I was young, though I played both rugby and cricket, I must say I was more successful in individual sports (boxing, swimming, tennis, golf and athletics) than in team sports. Also, I am a bit dubious about having many “like-thinkers”. Freedom of mind has always been my mark ever since I crawled out of my mother’s womb. I can never get enough of it. If there is one thing I still hope to achieve during my lifetime it is to have at least one original thought. On the few occasions I felt I had one, I discovered someone had already had it. It was due to my ignorance. I was just reinventing the wheel. I do my best to limit my beliefs, ideals and values to a strict minimum. They tend to cloud my vision. I strive for a critical, pragmatic approach tempered with humanity. . Regarding DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), I can’t say I share your preference for DIE as a more appropriate acronym, nor do I understand your reasons for doing so. Ideology, perhaps ? Equity, of course, does not mean equality. It means fairness (not the same to each, but to each his due). And if it is the inclusion of diversity that you detest, there is ample evidence that diversity is preferable for the development of mankind, genetically and intellectually, rather than consanguinity and homogeneity. . People in a democracy have the power to participate in
decision making by voting at elections.
Australia is a representative democracy where we elect
candidates to carry out the business of government on
our behalf.
As for minority groups dictating anything?
If they don't have the numbers, they can't.
As Pauline Hanson and others have learnt.
