From what I've read the law's pretty clear and tested regarding cut off times. Election day is exactly that, Election DAY.
The changes made by decree under the excuse of covid were quite unlawful.

Others to varying degrees are now starting to publish some of the often undeniable details of election fraud which some alternative news sites were the first to expose.

Yes Paul, I think that decision will settle it.
It is interesting as Texas said the rules they set for the election
contravened the US constitution so it will probably feed legal
argument for years and years like the abortion decision.
Glad we are not a republic.
