By David Singer, published 30/11/2020

The same pattern of election fraud and voter fraud writ large occurred in all the swing states with only minor variations in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Wisconsin.

This is the essence of the Texas +7 lawsuit filed in SCOTUS trying to declare the selection of electors in four states void:

Pennsylvania – officials ignored the law concerning signature verification of absentee ballots and illegally extended the deadline for accepting ballots. Processed absentee ballots earlier than allowed by law and illegally ‘cured’ ballots.

Georgia – illegally changed regulations around verifying absentee ballot signatures such that unlawfully handled mail-in ballots “far exceeds the margin of victory”. In 2016 6.42% of mail-in ballots were rejected. 2020 it was 0.37%.

Michigan – sent “mail-in ballot applications to all 7.7 million registered Michigan voters in direct contravention of state election law”. Additionally “signature verification requirements were ignored”.

Wisconsin – illegally ‘cured’ absentee votes and inspected them before election day, both in direct contravention of state law. Set up absentee vote drop boxes, also in direct contravention of state law.

I feel its unlikely that the SCOTUS will take the drastic step of overturning the claimed election result in these states, a step of monumental repercussions.

But equally, it’s clear to all but the most partisan, both from the above and from myriad other data, affidavits and observations that these elections were not free and fair.

Nonetheless, its more likely than not that China Joe will, much to the delight of the CCP and the US deep state, take the oath on 20/1. But Trump supporters will forever believe the election was stolen and act accordingly.

Dear mhaze,

The horse is deceased mate, time to give it away.

At least you have provided figures for one of your assertions. However Reuters says it is all bunkum.

http://www.reuters.com/article/uk-factcheck-georgia-rejected-ballots-fo-idUSKBN2832CM

VERDICT
"False. Georgia rejected 2,011 ballots or 0.15% in 2020. In 2016 and 2018, Georgia’s ballot rejection rates were 0.24% and 0.15% respectively."

What else you got for us mate?

And by the way, while your president is consumed with not processing and accepting his loss 3,000 more Americans died from Covid, you know the one you keep asserting is little more than the common flu.

It is the highest daily toll on record for the US.

Talk about Nero fiddling.

Hi SR,

So that's that then: the states have all certified their election results and forwarded them to the Electoral College. All over, Red Rover :)

But Trumpf will hang around until 2024 like an extremely bad Swampy smell, while the Biden administrations dismantles his Deep State. Trumpf will poison electoral opportunities for the Republicans until then, unless he has an Epstein-type accident.

And the virus toll will keep rising well into next year, and perhaps long after (say, a few months ?) the vaccine is available. Is Trumpf so child-like that he thinks that, once the vaccine is available, it will - like, you know, by magic - be available to everybody (or, at least all Americans, stuff everybody else - America First) almost immediately.

No, it will take many months to produce and administer 700 million doses of the vaccine, and meanwhile the number of daily deaths will keep climbing until the majority of US residents have been vaccinated. So the daily toll could hit 4,000. Total deaths could reach 300,000 - or 100 9/11 totals - by next Tuesday.

The day when the Electoral College is due to meet.

And perhaps 400,000 by Inauguration Day.

Super-spreader Trumpf rallied his most half-witted supporters last week. IF there is a massive virus outbreak in Georgia, how many may be turned off voting Republican in the January Senate run-off elections ?

What a repulsive excuse for a human being Trumpf is, and always has been.

Joe

Oh dear SR, did you even read the article you linked?

You're comparing apples and oranges. You really ought to avoid any issue to do with those pesky numbers because it always utterly confuses you. The article you linked is fact checking things other than what I mentioned. But even it does confirm that 6.42% of 2016 mail-in ballots were rejected.

I'll leave you to try to ponder how you got it wrong. I've long since given up trying to make you marginally numerate.

Still moaning that the WuFlu deaths are a federal issue I see. But somehow I suspect that in a few months time we'll see you and your fellow dills telling us how its not really China Joe's fault and aren't those red states all to blame.....or something.

But it may be that China Joe will be distracted for a while as he tries to keep his son out of prison. After all what's the point of subverting democracy if you can't even help your nearest and dearest commit treason.

Mhaze, Some time ago I read about the US legal system that the judges
are political participants. All the local judges are elected at the
same time as local politicians.
About their Supreme Court as we heard they are appointed by the
President, but don't know if they can be appointed in another way.
However its rules are said to turn the supreme court into a third
legislative body which can make law.
So as far as the case that they will be considering with Texas vs
the others, if they consider it will be too much trouble to rerun
the election in those states they can approve the illegal changes
and make it new law.
This is the mess the US got into when they did not accept the
Westminster model. Then the President or PM would have been under
the control of the party members and could not make decisions on his own.
As I understand it the cabinet members are not members of the Reps
or the Senate. What a shambles. It really needs a rebuild.
I can see this going on for the next 4 or 8 years.
