You are only telling half the story with your headline:

Judge Patrick Meter (dissenting) wrote that he believed the issues in the case you cited were not moot.

“The issues are not moot because state electors have not yet been seated, the Electoral College has not yet been assembled, and Congress has not yet convened to consider whether to exercise its powers under Art.2, Sec. 1 and Am 20,”

The Court took the coward's way out in deciding not hear the case. Hopefully an appeal will rectify this shocking denial of justice.

Seems to be reasonable grounds for winning an appeal. Appeal Courts exist because lower court judges get it wrong in so many cases.

In the meantime - try to be fair in your arguments. Your failure to disclose the decision was not unanimous is deceptive and misleading. I expect better of you.

Try to be fair in your arguments. If a majority of judges decide one way, but one decides another, then usually the majority rules.

It's called democracy. Try to get used to it.

Re accusation off being a "sore loser" in above comment, many people accept losing in a fair contest but outcome of the above one has obviously been corrupted by large scale fraud. Then so far those carrying this out have been doing their best to cover it up and they have been aided and abetted by the mainstream media, Google, Twitter and Facebook and largely Democrat sympathising judges. Those who have watched alternative media sources are overall much more aware of the large range of dishonest processes in this Presidential election. Also, that there are still possibilities which could enable Trump to stay in office for another 4 years. If so, the first thing that needs doing is overhauling electoral processes to minimise corruption possibilities.

I wasted a couple of hours or so today watching evidence being given
to parliamentary committee or whatever they call them there.
It was state members, I think state senators.
They gave the evidence a good hearing and asked some questions.
It was an information gathering exercise and the evidence given by
witnesses on sworn affidavits were interesting and would be hard to explain away.
Even if no court will find the election was invalid the damage has
been done and the only way to settle it is to run the election again
but this time under better control and with scrutineers where they
can see what is going on.
