We've all been waiting whether the Michigan Court would find any merit in the Trump campaign’s latest attempt. Well here is the Court’s decision reported today at http://www.mlive.com/public-interest/2020/12/michigan-appeals-court-shoots-down-trump-election-challenge-as-moot.html “MICHIGAN APPEALS COURT SHOOTS DOWN TRUMP ELECTION CHALLENGE AS ‘MOOT’” Posted by plantagenet, Saturday, 5 December 2020 5:59:44 PM

Hi Joe
Yes very predictable. Donny's time draws near. "Planet America" may have lost its No.1 star attraction (however infamous). Here's a good Aussie song (language warning) most can sing on 21st Jan (our time) http://youtu.be/cQ9__8UJSc4 Pete Posted by plantagenet, Saturday, 5 December 2020 9:42:43 PM

Not only are some judges Democrats, worse still, some are renegade Republicans! Everyone is conspiring to do the dirty on Donald!
jamo where's that link showing the video of vote stealing? Donalds, booked on the next Jap flight to a faraway asteroid, one way ticket we hope. Posted by Paul1405, Sunday, 6 December 2020 7:33:19 AM

BTW, it seems that these voting machines have been under suspicion for
a long time in the US and elsewhere.
https://tinyurl.com/yxpj33w6
They are such big cabinets, I wonder what is in them.
I would have thought that mark sensing readers would be used to read
the ballots and the output would go straight into a computer.
They could be made very secure but also made very vulnerable.
Any particular machine could be made to change a certain percentage
of votes to a favourite candidate. So testing one machine would be
meaningless, you would have to test particular machines, before they
could have their preference settings reset.
One investigator asked if the settings were reset if the power was turned off an on.
I hope all this is not what is mean by electronic voting when it
gets raised here.
My idea is each electoral officer would have a laptop and you tell
him your name & address and he enters that into the laptop and it
tells the commissions computer that that person has voted so no one
could run around the polling places and vote in each like they do now.
The actual counting of ballot papers can still be done by hand or
if it has become too big a job mark sensing m/c with hardware
counters would be hard to fiddle.
