I was on blood thinners when I got mine and that was initially contra indicated. A discussion with my doctor revealed that it was no longer considered a risk factor so I went ahead especially as the thrombosis flagged wasn't pertinent to my situation.

However with a risk factor at 6 in a million for over 50s very much pales against the risks with Covid.

Pfizer has issues around heart inflammation as well.
