I am not an Uncle-Sam fan either, but your contempt for Uncle-Sam, rightful as it may be, seems to blind you to the existential danger from China that Australia is now facing. What to do, we might feel disgusted by that Uncle-Sam, but for now, without him and without our own nukes, we would have long been, each Australian of whatever political persuasion (perhaps except this forum's traitor), either China's slaves or dead, nor would this forum be allowed to exist.

I'm starting to think that he is a barker for the CCP, conditioning us to think that an 'Asian Australia' is inevitable and we should lie back and accept it. Australia decides who comes here and who leaves. The biggest problems coming from NZ are not Asians but Kiwis themselves, many of whom are sent back to NZ, to much whining from Ardern. Perhaps real threat is really from NZ trying to get rid of their criminals.
