The Five Eyes nations, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States, is an intelligence network described (rightly) by China as a “unified effort to push back against China”. But is it unified? What about New Zealand?

New Zealand has come under suspicion since its government offered to ‘mediate’ between Australia and China on the trade problem caused by China. Obviously, it is absurd to think that a member of a group can be an independent arbiter between another member of that group and an enemy of the group.

The latest arrogant absurdity from socialist NZ comes via its Trade Minister, Damien O’Connor, who advises that Australia should show “respect” and show “a little more diplomacy” to the undemocratic, totally disrespectful bully China, so that we would be in a “similar situation” (similar to NZ, sucking up to China for the money, and laundering Chinese goods to send on to Australia). Ardern’s regular habit of nagging Australia on anything and everything is just the tip of the iceberg. New Zealand has allowed China to poke holes in the Five Eyes alliance.

That other bastion of socialism and Five Eyes member, Canada, actually agreed to allow China to practise winter warfare in Canada, until the plan was sprung and the permission withdrawn, and Canada seems to be behaving itself. Now New Zealand has also been revealed as a back stabber. And the CCP rag, the Global Times, has patted them on the head with, “Kiwis make wise moves with China trade deal as Aussies watch”. The “deal” apparently includes staying quiet about the recent arrest of 50 Hong Kong activists, while the other four contries protested.

Good old China is obviously thrilled with its new mate, New Zealand, and claims that mutual trust with New Zealand is being “repeatedly undermined” by Scott Morrison.

I suppose none of this should be too surprising, since NZ has been signed up to the aggressive Belt and Road Initiative as far back as the previous government. PNG, now New Zealand. China’s getting closer.

You left the UK out of the Five eyes.

Maybe it's one of your Technocracies.

Individual,

I'm not sure what Australian politicians comprehend these days, but diplomacy will not work with China. My concern is with New Zealand's proximity to Australia as it is becomes a vassal state to China.

Mr. Opinion,

I hope you will be lambasting NZ immigrants in the same way you are do Chinese immigrants. And, yes, I did leave out the UK. Sob, sob.

Mr. Opinion,

No. Your video has nothing to do with technocracy. I explained what technocracy is a few days ago for all to see.

Your comment on NZ becoming a 'backdoor' for Chinese immigrants to Australia comes at the same time my technocracy source advises on other 'backdoor' matters. The Chinese government has introduced anal swabs for testing for their virus.

"Citizens in China are appalled and grossed out at this new requirement". If you pass the throat and nose swabbing, you get one up the fundamental orifice to be sure. I suppose the compulsory mask will protect the privacy and identity of the testee.

Apparently this new indignity has come about after the revelation of the virus in sewers. They can't match the doings with individuals, so they are checking in advance.
