Now that Texas/Florida have somewhat higher rates, Paul now wants to talk about the states. Previously when I raised the issue, he'd suddenly decide he needed to be somewhere else. As I understand it, Trumpf is head of state in one country, President Tsai Ing-wen is head of state in another. Clearly, she is more intelligent, compassionate, capable and caring than Trump - to him, everybody who dies is a loser.
