Hi, I've received a notice from Google that this discussion potentially violates their community standards. Wondered if I could crowd-source what that might be, because I can't see anything particular about this thread. Anyone got any ideas?

Linking the unlawful deaths of 48 police officers in the US to a particular political party, without evidence, might be viewed as potentially violating Google community standards, whatever they are. Just as bad as linking the same to, say the Girl Guides or Boys Scouts without evidence. Google being an American mob, may have different standards that apply to what can be said about Americans, than say Chinese. But I don't know Comrade, all seems harmless rubbish to me.

The deaths of 43 Police officers are linked to persons in Democratic governed States whose Governors are promoting defunding the Police, by propagating a view that all Police are criminals, so they are being shot at by protesters indiscriminately.

pro abortionist always deny or justify murdering. That is why planned parenthood and democrats are in bed together. Also Bill Gates parents were involved heavily in planned parenthood. Totally untrustworthy.

Hi Graham,
Google as you know does have community guidelines. A code of conduct - where they stress that: "Discussions that make other Googlers feel like they don't belong have no place here". They stress the following 3 main points: 1) Respect the user. 2) Respect the opportunity. 3) Respect each other. "You are responsible for your words and your reach". Perhaps some comments that have been made on this discussion and perhaps the other one about that pregnant lady in Ballarat as well contravened their guidelines and they've issued the warnings to make us all more aware of how and what we post. Just guessing. It wouldn't hurt any of us to be more careful with what and how we post. We've all had a great run thus far. Posted by Foxy, Friday, 18 September 2020 10:53:38 AM

Dear Graham, Perhaps instead of looking for alternative sources of financing to replace Google - all we need to do is improve our posting styles? It wouldn't hurt to at least try. Posted by Foxy, Friday, 18 September 2020 10:56:35 AM
