HaHaHa .. indeed, sad but true. 10 years ago there were was certainly better talent in the mix.

I especially miss the contest between "BOAZ & Pericles" and recall there was something of a mass exodus when f.wits like ttbn and his like turned up. I guess for a lot of people they simply weren't getting the same interest and relief on account of the excess of brick headed morons.

I think it would be better to relegate some of them to a server full of bots and they can thrash about to their heart's content for a minimal cost.

Everyone needs to make a crust and the more people on full living wages the better however, as a general rule australian house are crap. Grossly overpriced and 90% dirt on top of a worthless sandpit.

Far worse than Corona virus, the real pandemic is the parasites in this country.

My advices to you ding-a-lings is, sell up, and with 500 grand+ bucks, better have a deluxe villa on the beach in Bali for $10,000 a year

(or build your own for $50,000)

Did you hear the one about the project home builder who knowingly sold a house that was not fully compliant with the Building Code of Australia.

It went to the NSW Tribunal and the Tribunal rescinded the contract but allowed the builder to cover his costs by keeping half go the owner's 5% deposit.

Again a case of the builder walks away undamaged while the homeowner suffers a financial loss at no fault of his.

Would this example suggest that the Tribunal is biased towards the builders and does not care if the innocent homeowner incurs a financial loss?

Hi Mr O, see the latest ScumO' money waster $347,000 to the so called "tradie" Scott Cam, aka TV personality, to promote trade appenticships. The bloke has been in the job 6 months and done sweet FA. The minister and dept head can't say exactly what Cam will be doing to earn that big pay. BTW I would love to see the blokes "trade certificate". In another life before TV he was a builders labourer, Drank at a pub in Redern most days, where I would have a beer now and then myself. Was always a bit of a mouth. Maybe $347k could be put into TAFE to replace a little of the millions LNP have cut out over the years.
