After apparently watching the video you decided that;

“the horseman was trying to leave the venue and the woman was trying to close the gate to keep him in”

Mate, it doesn't engender much confidence in your take on things does it.

Now you are trying to say the man was looking to leave but that is not what the video shows does it. Rather he is seeing riding at speed parallel to the fence and only on seeing the gate closing does he violently alter course nearly sitting the animal on its haunches to do so.

You seem to be saying it was irresponsible of the woman to have gotten in the way of an irresponsible, unpredictable, dangerous idiot therefore the blame is equal?

My commentary was amended as the story developed, remember that the original version in the news was that the woman had actually been hit by the horse.

Secondly, I never claimed that the blame was equal on both sides, just that woman who was trying to lock the horseman in the enclosure with the anti adani activists was acting irresponsibly and was far from innocent. As such your commentary does not not engender much confidence either.
