Is Mise one of the problems with income based systems is that there ar to many things they don't take into account. They don't include any measure of affordability to the person being asked to pay based on income, they don't include any measure of how hard someone works for the income they do have, they generally don't include a real measure of the resources a person has access to.
At best they are based on a very broad brushed assumption that taxable income is a valid measure of what people can afford which is rarely the case. R0bert Posted by R0bert, Friday, 2 May 2014 10:40:06 AM

robert/quote..<<..they generally don't include a real measure of the resources a person has access to.>>
its not meant to..[see that those in the know/know the law] and those not in the know..dont know because they refuse to believe it could really be so. so how is it supposed to work? we formed govt..decided they needed to self fund so we allowed them to tax 'incomes'..[ie money not earned..by value adding componant[ie work]..well coin was fine for all that/untill we went broke. under the terms of bankruptcy..there had to be a way to settle the higher debts/that coin cant settle/this was done by things like iou/that are promise to pay/bonds..where we issue a bond [signed sealed].to treasury/and treasury adjusts the books[if its fair..your bound by your promise to pay..if the promise is gopopd and you remain in honour at death we settled the estates/balanced the books. its difficult to explain the taste of meat to a vegan but recall the law/dont sign aNYTHING/IF YOU DO its an offer they issued their boND /VIA THE FINE..ON THEIR LETTER HEAD/UNDER THEIR SEAL[SIGN/SIG-NATURE]..ITS AN OFFER TO GIVE YOU THE HONOURABLE MEANS TO SETTLE IT SO..all you need do with anything under its logo/seal trade-mark [mark of the beast]..is an offer/if it mentions money..its an offer to settle the debt/in honour some sign in a box[this disconnects the offer/but us used as a sign against the will/indicates no meeting of mind/but if there is a meeting of mind/simply sign-it..that is suposed to settle it/but so few know of it/let alone tested it i test it on 6 may its size must be equal but so too is the means to settle it in coin/or by signature dont sweat on it..sign it saying johan did it will make the fine go away...[i may need many court cases/but will prove its gods way] put your sig-nature..on the promise to pay sign it recogniseD FOR VALUE* wikiseedwikigeld sun treaty 29 aquarious festival 2002 Posted by one under god, Friday, 2 May 2014 11:32:18 AM

Would it not be fairer if fines were, as in some other countries, a percentage of income?
That way the job seeker on benefits and the millionaire are equally punished for, let us say, parking infringements.
