I have only looked at a few of the claims you have posted and each one has either been demonstrably false or a perversion of the facts.

Here are the criteria spelt out in Article 5 of the Nationality Act: ;

1. Continuous residence in Japan for five years or more
2. At least 21 years old and otherwise legally competent
3. History of good behavior generally, and no past history of seditious behavior
4. Sufficient capital or skills, either personally or within family, to support oneself
5. Stateless or willing to renounce foreign citizenship
No mention whatsoever of religious affiliation.

Rot! Here is a list of embassies from around the world. List the Muslim countries not represented.

Perversion of the facts! The only university that even comes close to this name is the privately run International University of Japan. Located in a rural setting it offers only masters degree programs with a primary focus on business studies.

Japan's major university is the University of Tokyo has an Islamic Studies course which includes teaching the Arabic language.
