Some more footage shot by a mate of mine:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJAp4eBV720 He's saying that Socialist Alternative were involved and were directing people to the protest and egging them on, the Commies actually recognised him as a Nationalist and attacked him, but he lost them in the crowd and ran behind the Police line. According to my source the Muslims just attacked Police straight away, there was no peaceful protest at all, they were there looking for a fight. Socialist Alternative support violence, they were definitely involved and were seen provoking violence and revving up the protestors:

If I were an Egyptian Christian I'd definitely be making plans to make tracks.
This from American ABC Egypt's Christians Anxious, Anticipate Troubles http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/egypts-christians-anxious-anticipate-troubles-17241741#.UFRZZI0gdqI >>Christians gathered Friday in front of a Cairo cathedral holding signs denouncing a film that mocked the Prophet Muhammad* amid fears that Muslims will take out their anger on Egypt's minority community. The country's 8 million Coptic Christians were already feeling increasingly cornered amid the rise to power of hard-line Islamists in Egypt following the ouster of Hosni Mubarak. Now U.S. authorities have identified a self-described Coptic Christian living in California as the key figure behind the inflammatory film, and the community at home fears it will bear the brunt of the blame. "We are afraid the anger will engulf us," said Monier Hanna, a 58-year-old Coptic government employee who says he saw two unveiled Christian women being harassed over the movie by Muslim men in his middle-class district of Helwan on Thursday. "They were telling the women they are responsible for the film," he said. Mira Girgis, a 23-year-old Copt and recent college graduate, said she feels insecure. "I can't go to church alone; my brother must be with me. I can't go out at night. When I return from work, a male — either my father or brother — must be waiting for me at the subway station," she said. "Being a Christian ... is hard in Egypt in these conditions." A Christian journalist, Caroline Kamel, wrote in the Shorouk daily Friday that she and her family came under attack at a bus terminal in Cairo and another city over the film. "Am I supposed to ... apologize for stupidities of others just for the mere fact that we share the same religion?" she said.>> *I doubt that will help them. This all adds fuel to the argument that we, the people, need more say as to how this great nation of ours is managed.
At some point, immigration laws must change to the point of only allowing people to move to Australia, who want a better life, living as Australians. A must is, that as a condition of entry, they must leave thier baggage behind. What comes next, terrorisim? Their here, courtesy of our pro multicultural governments, they are simply awaiting their turn to become martyrs. Multiculturalism has been a dismal failure in other countries, we are only just beginning to realize that I'm afraid. I have nothing against any culture, so long as they don't bring thier baggage with them. Posted by rehctub, Saturday, 15 September 2012 9:59:49 PM

Steven,
I've been wondering about that angle from the start, this film was apparently shot portraying a different story then re edited and re dubbed to it's present form, it's been online since July and now the alleged "Christian" film maker is being questioned by U.S Police for possible parole violations. The guy might just be a nut or an internet troll but whatever the case he's playing with fire, if he's a really Middle Eastern Christian he would have had to have known what the consequences of his actions would be. I don't know if you're a fan of the show Deadwood but as Al Swearengen might say, "This sort of thing fires up the Hoople Heads". Posted by Jay Of Melbourne, Saturday, 15 September 2012 10:51:31 PM

Indonesia, our most important neighbour, with ten times our population and a rapidly growing economy, is also the world's largest Muslim country. In the not too distant future Indonesia, not Australia, will be calling the shots in this part of the world.
So get used to treading carefully when it comes to Islam.
