Yeah I know, and it has a whole different energy than anger which is useful in short bursts and comes with the adequate but short lived chemicals.

Hate still takes a lot of energy and needs settling in to something else after too long or at least put on a backbench until an opportunity arises.

My friend are you sure that are valid? Do you know under what conditions they are created, are you sure that what we consider as good or bad have the same meaning in different conditions?
My friend this world is not so simple as it seems and the data we gather it is not easy to understand.
While we think we have the facts and the information in our hands, we just found that NOW we started to understand that we did not start yet to colect information and facts, we do not know yet why we want to collect the information and facts, we do not know yet how to collect them and finaly we do not know what to do all this information and facts, what they realy mean and how to use them.
While my friend we think we have all the info we need and we know everything at the end may be we find that we know nothing or very little!

This world is more complex than it seems and human beings are not opened book!
Personaly I prefer to do small, small steps, to examine the first basic data, understand it in some degree and do the next step etc. If we have huge info and facts and we ignore some very basic things then probably we will make serious mistakes!
Some times people, even the most honest and fair one make big mistakes because they ignore some things, because they see that this planet is flat!
Most times the important thing is not what we see but what we do not see, what we do not suspect or understand, what we underestimate.
While the sun rise always from the same site human behave, human goals, human dreams and hopes are more complex, more dark, more difficult to detect, recognise and understand..
I trust more my insticts, my experiences, my thoughts and my heart.

Although my burglars just robbed me and left my pets alone (although they were scared of men ever since).

Anyway, on thinking about the word "hate". I think my feelings towards the list you copied from my mind, are more about anger, powerlessness, injustice, impotence to change any of it.

I know I am easily triggered by bullies, do I hate them? On reflection I have found most bullies to be emotionally deficient, arrogant instead of confident, greedy rather than passionate. I wind up feeling sorry for them, because I might have my faults and problems, but I am not an arrogant, exploitative, greedy bully.
