"When you accuse people you need to not include obviously wrong
information as it reflects badly on other things that you say.
Don't let your politics get in the way."

ROFL
Tell that to malcolm.

RaeBee let me be clear I do not value hello and such as comment.
Look at the term, is it not rude? isnt it saying wake up! think as I do?
Now RObert we live on different sides of the fence, Bazz I once thought was on my side but up the other end.
Yes Labor used the senate as a Berlin wall, much of what it would not pass is now law.
But did they EVER refuse a senate priveldges commitee?
Howard put his fences around free debate, we never had a chane to hear the full story about the AWB scandal, his refusal to open the inquiry stopped that.
Swan? BAZZ mate, he is a member of my union, but not bullet proof, he is not one of my stars not always right but here he has committed no crime.
Maybe he needs to do better but surely Grechs ties to some high profile members of your party and the resulting actions are close to crime?
We Bazz will know yes we will, far more this time next month, le me asure you if Turnbull survives it will be because his party has not yet found a replacement.
Finally who has taken to the dead meat within his/her own party as much as I have?
Rees is without doubt the biggest failure in my partys state history, right up there with Latham.
And the lost legions who think Frank Sartor is the answer amuse me.
In the months to come no white wash can cover the fact this scandal is the biggest own goal in conservative history

While the thread will stall, fade away and be forgotten the issue will not.
We should be aware of the medias different slant on it but understand it can yet be the biggest scandal in a few years.
Not many years we will not get past children overboard AWB, and too many Howard years things that bought concerns.
We no it will be history, who looks at media storys with suprise in the future.
Those who broke this story, it is said after Turnbull rang them, have changed track, done the Ostrich, put heads in sand.
Others have changed sides the Australians storys are pro Rudd.
But that future day that judges this will also have information only some of us understand now.
While I wait for shadow minister to put flesh on the bones of the claim the car dealer has won a governent contract.
I enter in to evidence the execpted claim Grech has for some time been an informant for the Liberals.
And that Turbnull and maybe that senate member who so strongly questioned him spoke to him before that inquiry.
yes history will know much more than us.
Yes its petty but it is a matter of honest government put your worse case together, be honest if you find Swam guilty of anything, surely the emerging crime if only acting stupidly [and its far worse] of Turnbull is many times worse.

Well this mornings headline will not go away.
Those who jumped to the defence of the coalition should ask themselves was that right?
Politics is a game of numbers, it always will be.
You can indeed fool some of the people some of the time.
But those fooled by this non issue are more likely than not those who are all-ready in the conservative camp.
How did it help conservatives?
It may be the very thing that in time takes them back to office strong and reborn.
It is my view John Howard took them away from their roots.
And the election loss hurt so much they have acted more like spoilt school kids than an opposition.
Turnbull, gee I was so wrong, is not the right man, he never will be.
In time who ever takes over from him, will be replaced by the Right man ,or grow into that person.
policy's will again drive them, just maybe earlier suggestions I made here will come to pass in August.
Bills passed not shunted to a dead end , amendments but passed.
How good is the refusal to even look at emissions now America has passed its laws.
Read our posts again mine yours others tell me who lost this fight?
Maybe it was worth it if conservatives can learn from it.

we shall see if he becomes a flipp/flopper..on the carbon tax..lets at least call it what it is[its a NEW global tax going straight to big business...

[put money on him becomming a greenie..[ie a flip/flopper]..[so his leighman/sax.. former?..em-ploy-ers..can clean up bnig time on the carbon derivitive..the new[neo]..big business franchise ..business being the only recipiant of this tax cow..

[huge bucks/credit]..to/for big business caqrtels trading in derivitives..needing their next bubble..[read the link]..

seems the main 'derivitive' of this new global tax..is tax payer's bucks feeding the credit..straight into big business's carbon trading trading floor...feeding the need for permant tax payer subsidy to the big business/green/greed..bonus scemes]

govt gifts the free credits to poluters..poluters sell them on to the leighman franchise/banking cartel derivitives traders..to bail out the ecomony till the end of time...

turn bull into money will be going for that one...thus he becomes a head/strong/fip/flopper in the same ilk of that other rhodes scollar midget..that sold us out..[and our bank]..last time..[the pants man in budgies]that gave us the repression we have to have

[so the elites can be faulse godheads..lording it over us that cant get generouse pension subsidies..and upper class education/health services...

nor share holder benifits/discounts/votes..normsally due to sharholders..but even that benifit goes to the big business cross share holding OUR SHARES..[despite]..our super..holding the promise for shares..[reportedly]...yet getting vnot one of its benifits

but who cares right

Ahh well Mikk, the information was not wrong just forged.
There is a difference.
I hope it means that in the future no one will quote emails without
having an electronic copy so they can see all the headers.
Although I suppose they could be forged as well.
In any case it was evidence in the senate inquiry that was quoted.
So while ROFL Mikk remember he who laughs last ---

Belly;

Who's party ?

It might be better if the site is shut down until the server error
is fixed.

I don't think you understand what this is all about.
It is not about a contract it is about obtaining finance to pay for
vehicle stock on the floor of his showroom.
It was about Grant's name being put up to Ford Finance in a meeting
where Ford Finance was asking for a $500 million guarantee to
enable them to finance car stock.
Surely you can see how improper that was ?
It was as good as saying, we will let you have the $500 Million if
you see to Mr Grant's request. Here is his phone number.
How else was Ford supposed to understand it ?

If we are going to argue about these things lets argue about the
real matter not some imagined matter.
