I find your comment about my "hello" quite rude not to mention just a little annoying. I was not making the post that I found the ute issue boring, as a put down to your posts. I simply find the whole ute issue unutterably boring and would rather watch paint dry.

The reason no car dealer got any credit was because the
legislation is/was still in parliament. It is not yet in operation.
When you accuse people you need to not include obviously wrong
information as it reflects badly on other things that you say.
Don't let your politics get in the way.

Certainly someone in treasury sent that email but until we know
more we might be suspicious but I find it hard to believe that
all three you are accusing were not aware of the trace ability of emails.
Just remember Turnbull and Ozemail. He would have had expert advice
available if he wanted to spoof an email. If he had wanted to spoof it
and it was possible it would look like it came out of the PM's office.
Not easy to do it from a site like the treasury as it would have top
of the line security. No I think we can all be satisfied that someone
either went into the building to send it or was working in there
anyway. I am sure if Turnbull or Hockey went in there they would have
security people with them. They would not have been allowed to go
roaming around the building.
Their security system would know who was in the building at the time
it was sent. Did the published email have a date/time stamp ?
