ttbn,

"Crying in your beer" is a well known idiom, not to be taken literally, but it would seem you are not familiar with that. If you had progressed past the third grade, you would have known that, education is the key even if the Old Farts are against it.

"The mind wears out like other parts of you as you age; particularly if you drink alcohol." I would agree, you being old octogenarian, or have you advanced to the stage of a nonagenarian. Regardless whether you're octo or nona I can see by your incessant forum posts of drivel, you being the number one poster, age can cause senility, and boy have you got it bad. Thankfully Nursey restricts you to a bedtime cup of coco, no booze down at the Shady Pines Retirement Home for Old Farts.

As for your medical opinions, are you qualified? Or is it something you picked up while scrubbing toilets in you days of employment, no matter how limited it was.

p/s Speaking of wearing out, have you had anything drop off lately?

Did any of you pick up that news item about the five members of the
British parliament that made a request to the government to declare
war on Israel ?
Interestingly they all had Islamic names.
Why does the phrase "Straws in the Wind" come to mind ?

"Machado’s praise was strategic, not spiritual - before we all get too excited."

Yeah I know. Only people on the left are sincere </sarc>

JD demonstrates that he hasn't the faintest understanding of the tasks, duties and powers of ICE. Not powers that Trump gave them but powers that were long dormant because the previous regime refused to deal with illegal, often criminal, immigrants.

"what do we call a government that builds an AI to monitor "negative sentiment" about itself?"

Obama's third term aka the Bush Regime.

Bezza,

The Brits have brought it on themselves via weak, unwise immigration. The same thing will happen here; we already see its beginnings from a Pakistani woman in the Senate.

“The wicked become worse when they are tolerated”. (Tolstoy)

Paul 1405,

You are too far gone to recognise help when it's offered. You are burdened by hatred, and the need to lash out at anything you don't understand, which is most things. I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with you in real life. I can just ignore you. They can't.

Sincerity isn’t the issue, mhaze, strategy is.

//Yeah I know. Only people on the left are sincere </sarc>//

When a politician dependent on US leverage flatters the man who controls that leverage, it’s not devotion, it’s diplomacy. You’d call it "realpolitik" if it came from anyone else.

//JD demonstrates that he hasn't the faintest understanding of the tasks, duties and powers of ICE.//

I understand them perfectly.

ICE’s founding powers came from 2003 under Bush, yes - but what’s happening now isn’t "reactivation." It’s expansion: $115 billion in new funding, 10,000 additional masked agents, a 3,000-arrests-per-day quota, spyware, facial-recognition contracts, and a call for civilian contractors to monitor social media for "negative sentiment toward the agency itself."

That’s not immigration enforcement, that’s domestic surveillance. A Reagan-appointed judge compared their tactics to the Klan for a reason, noting that the masks only purpose could be to frighten the public into quiescence.

//Obama's third term aka the Bush Regime.//

Nice try, but neither Bush nor Obama built real-time sentiment-tracking AIs, authorised warrantless spyware on encrypted apps, or set up civilian data-profiling teams for protestors. Those contracts were issued this year, under Trump’s One Big Beautiful Budget Bill - not "Obama’s third term."

If you have to rewrite history that recently to defend him, maybe you’re starting to prove my point about "negative sentiment" being the new crime.

My points stand.
