The law functions as a formal embodiment of a moral
code. Not as a free-standing substitute for it.

1. Probably - Probation (due to age, first offence, Can threaten the Judge, and Trump is White)

1(a) Trump's legal team arguing a suspension of his conviction+sentence is necessary on special democracy grounds until after the 5 November Election .

2. Possibly - Home/Trump Tower Palace Arrest, maybe with an ankle bracelet.

3. Less likely - Prison. Would need to be a (State not Federal?) luxury prison camp in New York State. Trump's "cell", more likely a custom built wing using US military style portable modules. Would need to meet Trump's ex-Presidential circumstances. 4 shifts of 6 = 24 Secret Servicemen always with Trump. No contact with ordinary crims eg. meals by Trump's self.
