The US system of justice is making their way through those who attempted a soft coup in that country. It has rightly been handing out stiff penalties for those involved at the Capitol Hill.

There is zero doubt about the intent to overthrow the election result and strike at the very heart of American democracy.

18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection is quite clear: "Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

This is what many of the rioters have been successfully convicted on and while the conspiracy charge which Trump is facing was a little higher a bar it would seem pretty straight forward given the evidence to date.

Top that with Trump's attempt to drum up extra votes to get him over the line, and to get Pence to not certify the election results without and real evidence of fraud, all speaks to a man intent on subverting the democratic process. The issue isn't that he knowingly lied about substantial voting irregularities but that he acted upon them and incited others.

A bully who thumbed his nose at the rules and conventions. Hopefully he is toast and put away for a decent amount of time.

Biden was known to be corrupt by the FBI in regards to his dealings with Burisma,
And the FBI successfully manipulated public opinion by mass censorship of social media of the Hunter Biden laptop story, (claiming 'Russian disinformation') in which said laptop contained incriminating evidence that proved Bidens corruption.

The FBI knew, and sought to keep that information from the public in order to remove Trump from office.
- And their most certainly was electoral fraud, whether proven or not.
Democrats bussing immigrants around to multiple polling booths and dead people voting, untrustworthy voting machines that were tampered with, and Trump votes dumped in landfill by corrupt Trump hating blue electorates and their electoral staff...

Not that I think you're either determined or intelligent enough to investigate any of these things yourself...

Trump is on the record telling people to act peacefully.

In contrast it was Washington DC police offices who acted as provocatuers
(probably at the direction of the FBI or others like Biden Schumer or Pelosi)
And who actively encouraged people to enter the Capitol building.
