If it was remote aboriginals coming to Canberra asking to be heard the Voice might have some usefulness, but no, it is well educated and highly paid elite who proposed the Voice and they can see the that holding the hands of Government levers they gain power. Those like Linda Burney, Thomas Mayor, etc. do not need a Voice to government, they already have a voice in Government on a salary of $400,000 p/a.

Shadowminister,

Did you really complain about "snide condescension and ad hominems" then in the very next sentence refer to the prime minister as Albozo?

Lol.

Go away mate.

Many have expressed the view that the YES vote, if
successful, will help design better policy.

The argument given is that if the Voice referendum succeeds
we will become a nation where laws and policies about our
Indigenous people will no longer be made without them.
Instead it will be where they can have a say in the
decisions that affect them and where they can put forward
solutions for the many challenges they face.

To many, this is what the Voice is about.

It's been stated that win or lose, the lives of the NO
campaigners, those on the far right and ultra left won't be
affected much. We're told that the opponents of the Voice
stand to lose the least, but for many of our Indigenous
people, the referendum will be deeply personal.

It would be inspiring if we could as a nation bring our
country together and help design better policy.

The moral choice is ours to make.

The "YES" campaigners will not say what practical benefits the Voice will achieve. The elite are looking at land Rights and the control of land, water, and beaches as these are sacred to them as Mother Earth. For the elite British colonization has destroyed their land, forests, water, and beaches. These they are constantly reminded are aboriginal tribal lands, and they want control of them. These are the things that affect aboriginal socialist elite. The voice will divide intermarried aboriginal families, giving some members identifying as aboriginal double voice and dipping into government coffers.

Well perhaps the Oz population has not yet been sufficiently dumbed down yet for them to fall for this bit of lefty manipulation.

SR,

The brain-dead "yes" supporters are funnelling $ms of taxpayers' money to convince people that the gravy train will make life better for all Australians and that this referendum is just about "recognition".

This is of course complete bollocks. It is handing enormous power to a small cadre of unelected activists that purportedly represent 4% of the population that undoubtedly will use this power to rent seek on a grand scale.

The "yes" vote plummeting is voters waking up to this scam.
