Can somebody PLEASE give me just ONE good and valid reason why we should put race related division back in to the constitution?
The so called 'reasons' put forward so far become empty nothingness when examined in the light of day.

Foxy,

You have been more than a little disingenuous and spreading misinformation.

The mafia supporting the YES vote has failed to clarify the following:
1 Why if Aboriginals occupy 5% of the seats in parliament with 2-4% of the population not heard in parliament?
2 Why the voice to parliament now must be included at every government and public service level.
3 Why the Labor won't release the exact changes they intend to make to the Constitution?
4 What protections are in place to prevent the "voice" from tying up every single piece of legislation in the courts?
5 How much will this voice cost the taxpayers?
6 Why is the government using the taxpayers' money to push only one side of this debate?
7 Finally why introducing racist clauses into the constitution is OK?

The "yes" bully boys only real

Dear Shadow Minister,

Our nation was built on a silent quicksand of wrongs.
Despite the sneers at the "black armband view of
history" most of us admit that terrible deeds were
done, then hidden.

Government apologies elated almost everyone. The shrill
massacre and wrong doing denials by so called "historians"
are slowly losing their momentum.

And there is one truth that is still hard to face is that
many Australians owe their comfortable living to the fact
that Indigenous people used to own the precious land, and
now we do.

None of us are guilty of the old wrongs, but we have
benefited enormously from them.

Unknowingly and reluctant to probe too deeply many of us have
lived and thrived on the proceeds of crime.

Now, we have been given an opportunity to get out those
black armbands and above all, not only to listen but take
action by voting YES at the referendum.

It is quotes by Foxy like this that is misinformation
"And there is one truth that is still hard to face is that
many Australians owe their comfortable living to the fact
that Indigenous people used to own the precious land, and
now we do."
Foxy is ignorant that aboriginals own over 53% of Australia and own businesses funded by Australian Taxpayers. She is unaware that 90% of aboriginals live equally in our society and own their own homes. We do not owe them for crimes committed 240 years ago. These are lies promoted by Communist sympathizers.
I listened to The Mayor Voice Book on UTube and it is soft propaganda. This is a foothold for Communism to enter our Democrasy in the mind of Thomas Mayor. I've listened to aboriginal artists in Redfern paying rent and they are excited for the prospect of Yes when they will no longer have to rent but will instead be receiving money rent.

How we vote at the upcoming referendum will be
telling - are we mature enough as a nation to begin
to deal with the unfinished business of the past in order
to move forward towards peace and justice?
Or are we childishly looking for any lame excuses to justify
not doing so?

Personally, I encourage each and everyone of you to please
inform yourself leading up to the referendum with an open
mind and heart.

It's going to be up to you to sort out the facts from
the misinformation.

But, when you walk into the polling booth on referendum day,
you will have to make a decision that you and your
conscience are satisfied with.

See you on another discussion.

Foxy,
I'm at ease with my decision which I base on moral & integrity. It's your decision which is clearly swayed by deceit & misinformation that I'm not comfortable with !
