What once would have been sensational news, a party split, the resignation of a Opposition front bencher, today seem to be run of the mill for the media.

"Liberal MP Julian Leeser has resigned as shadow attorney general and shadow minister for Indigenous Australians, less than a week after the Liberals confirmed they will oppose an Indigenous voice in the constitution." Leeser, along with a bunch of other Noalition MP's will actively campaign for a "YES" vote for the Voice in opposition to their own leader and party..

Today this is hardly news and is treated by the media as "another ones gone".

The Liberal party unlike Labor or the Gangreens allow a diversity of opinion within the party. Whereas Labor requires every MP to toe the party line 100%.

I think you'll find that what JL considers appropriate for the "voice" is very different from what Albozo is proposing.
