Of course Israel is a racist state, so is every other state in the Middle East. The only outwardly non racist states are the European ones who have embraced multiculturalism, and it's associated social self suicide. I think that one of the reasons why trendies hate Israel is because the trendies feel betrayed by Israel.

Trendies always support causes and prior to WW1 they were the biggest patriots, racists and nationalists around. Remember that it was the German teacher in Erich Maria Remarques amazing book "All Quiet on the Western Front" who was encouraging his students to sign up and fight for Germany? But patriotism, racism and nationalism was literally shot right out of the trendies in the slaughter of that war, and they came home committed pacifists.

Since nationalism, racism, and patriotism had led Europe to disaster, and since they can only see morality in terms of black and white, they took the opposite course became the enemies of nationalism, patriotism and racism. The Jews are supposed to be the natural allies to the trendies on that score. The Jews love education and are famously cosmopolitan, and since no other race has suffered more from racism than the Jews, they are the one race which the trendies figure must be completely non racist, non patriotic and non nationalist.

But the Jews figured out that they would always be in danger unless they had their own country where they called the shots. They set up their own racist state and began dishing out to the Arabs what the Arabs had been dishing out to them for 1300 years. Only they weren't as bad as the Arabs.

But this is anathema to the trendies. The Muslims can be as racist and oppress anybody they like, but the trendies expect better from the Jews. So what we see is this total double standard where Muslims burn churches, kill Christians, ethnically cleanse anyone who is not of their faith, while the trendies whistle and look the other way, and at the same time they scream about Israel.

I, and other critics of Israel on this site, have expressed our opposition to Islamic ideology and the threat it presents to liberal democracy. I've also been banned from "Loon Watch" ( a site ostensibly devoted to exposing "Islamophobia" and all its evils) after pointing out that the spraying of a mosque in Canada withs pigs(?) blood is vanishingly trivial compared with the burning of churches and the murder of Christians in Egypt.
