There's funny stories we can all relate.
Remember the book - "They're a weird mob,"
by Nino Culotta? I remember while living
and working in the US being asked if we had
any tall buildings in Australia? They were
convinced that kangaroos jumped up and down
our main streets. I told them I had a problem
wearing shoes because I was far more comfortable
and used to going with bare-feet.

Everything was bigger and better in the US.
I recall a Canadian friend telling me the story
of her taking an American colleague to a Dinosaur
Theme Park whilst her friend was visiting Canada.
The American friend no matter where she was
taken always stated - ours are bigger and better
in the US. My Canadian friend thought she'd shut
the American up with the Dinosaur Park but oh no.
The American ended up saying that they had parks
like that in the US.

The Canadian thought well - fair enough. Until
the Amwerican ended up by telling her that their
dinosaurs were alive. The Canadian had to admit she'd
been beaten and could not argue with that.

ttbn, unlike the Coalition, Labor has a plan for Australia. With the Morrison government its all about vote winning through pork barreling. If you're in a marginal Coalition seat they'll give you a swimming pool and car park, whether you need it or not.

Issy, are you going to claim you "won" a car at the next election, after the event of course. I believe it was a High Ace van. You didn't mention it when recently listing your car assets on the Forum. A good liar needs a good memory. PORKY AWARD.

I expect to win agood amount on the next Federal election, elections are great to bet on as there are suckers on both sides of politics who bet emotionally but stupidly.

The stupid & hangers-on may just outnumber at the polling booths & bring about a change of Govt !

How are you all going with voting for people who commit perjury for money?
Would you vote for someone who does that, and has done so repeatedly.
