I have the facts which cannot be disputed, you have your opinion.

Read the definition of "exonerate" and read the Judges decisions.

What the findings of the high court judges showed was that guilty verdicts based on flimsy evidence cannot stand and that the duty of trial and appellate judges is to base verdicts on facts not only on a convincing sob story.
