I have a relative who was turned away from all three major testing sites in Newcastle on Friday because they were all "at capacity" so even if people are wanting to do the right thing they are sometimes blocked by governmental failures.

My son 38 who is a public bus driver in Sydney, lives 2 streets from the LGA's in "super lockdown". Tried for AZ Doc said "don't recommend" tried for Pfizer online, denied. Called Doc back, Doc said "try another doctor". Now has Pfizer booked for both of them in mid October, earliest date.

The vaccine roll-out has been a complete disaster. Living in Brisbane, tried to book for 2nd AZ for wife and I on Friday at local Commonwealth location, now past 8 weeks. Told can't do, not taking booking over the counter, "you have to wait for text message on phone...soon" What a balls up.

Maybe Gladys needs to learn to lie about the extent of the virus so that she can have lockdowns when it takes her fancy. You know, like Chairman Dan did in regards to Wangaratta.
