I told you all how to fix the economy and the countries shortcomings.
I told you, create a 'Base Level socialist' work system, paying double dole for full time work helping the government do things to save money.

Pay $600 a f/n get nothing, pay $600 week get a full time worker.
Including training credits to spend towards the testing of new skills.
Create digital resumes, where skills and previous employment can't be faked.

Make training app based as much as possible.

Use that workforce to build a straight-line HSR and national highway connecting all capital cities direct, - national conduit, including national power grid, water, internet, gas.

Because the only way to make the country more competitive without lowering wages is to lower the cost of transport and energy.

Then, build solar farms and maybe nuclear into this grid.
- put generators on the train wheels so excess power feeds back into the grid.
Use more water wheels and small water turbines in creeks.

Extend the HSR to eastern inland route.

- Then to fix the housing problem, move the workforce over to factories assembling relocatable homes straight off the production line to be transported via this new transport hub.

And put a focus on all school teaching into a single national curriculum online, meaning every class for every grade is a teachable online lesson, so kids don't even have to go to school.

You see? If you'd listened we could've punched out quarantine facilities in record time anywhere, and kids wouldn't need to go back to school in a rush because would still be in place for them to learn their classes AT HOME.

Not only that the cost of welfare, and policing it would be offset by benefits, and people wouldn't lose all they have during hard times and go into a downward spiral in their lives and all the reliance on community services.
