On a brighter note, Trumpf has powers over federal (national) matters while he's President, but not necessarily over State, municipal or county matters. So if he breches law in those jurisdictions, then he's as liable for prosecution as anybody else. That's probably why he went all mealy-mouthed after people started to die.
