Hi Paul

Yes parodies of Trump are infinitely preferable to the real thing.

What say:

A doctored Trump mini-blimp is donated to Washington DC's Air and Space Museum.

and

Only a grotesque little wax Trump is displayed at London's Madame Tussauds?

Paul,

"400,000 dead from coronavirus" and according to you, it seems that the State Governors had nothing to do with it nor the protestors who marched against any restrictions aimed at halting the virus.

I guess that you'd try to be even-handed if it wasn't for your limp wrist.

Come off it, Is Mise, you would know that both Trumpf and Morrison had enormous financial clout, to 'persuade' State administrations to more or less agree, ultimately, on how to handle the pandemic.

Yes, it would have been a much more complicated task for the US president than for our prime minister, but Trumpf didn't even begin the co-ordination of state, municipal and federal action: 'It's just a sort of flu,' he said. 'Anyway, just drink some disinfectant or shine a strong light up your arse, that'll get rid of it.' And rely on doxyhoxychloroquinine anyway.

So we have less than a thousand COVID-19 deaths, the US has had 400,000. Four hundred thousand Trumpf deaths. And, given that it may take a year to roll out a full vaccination program in the US, that number could double by the end of 2021.

Two things I hope for by the end of this year:

* that the virus is controlled, even for those morons who think it's a hoax or that George Soros and Bill Gates, being Jews, wants to inject everybody with a tiny nano-chip to monitor their movements;

AND

* that the Swampf-Man-in-Chiepf is behind bars for treason.

Swampf ?! Trumpf ?! What Swampf ?!

Well, this sort of thing:

http://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/19/us/politics/trump-pardons-bannon.html?campaign_id=60&emc=edit_na_20210120&instance_id=0&nl=breaking-news&ref=cta&regi_id=127104467&segment_id=49766&user_id=35fd54d942ac9b9e288ef933afd6d6f5

Pushing through pardons for criminals by the hundreds on one hand, and executions by the dozens on the other.

What a hero.

Hi Joe

Given all Trump's pardons for less deserving characters...

I was expecting Trump might make some sort of Executive decision to pre-pardon Julian Assange or get the US Justice Department to lay off Assange. This would effectively free Assange from the year+ Assange has been gaoled for skipping UK bail.

UK security surrounding the UK Ecuadorian Embassy (all those years Assange holed himself up in it) cost the UK taxpayer around AU$20 million equivalent. However Assange does not deserve to die by his own nutty hand in a US SuperMax gaols (places of rape and all).

After all Obama pardoned Chelsea Manning just a few years into her 35 year sentence http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chelsea_Manning#Commutation

Interesting to see what Biden decides for Assange - though very far down Biden's very long to-do list.
