The Democratic Party is not "far left" at all - by the standards of most western countries it's right of centre.

America's abortion laws are not very effective at reducing the numbers of abortions. It would be far better to address the problem of women being (or perceiving they are) unable to succeed in life if they become mothers at the wrong time.

You seem to be so blinded by rightwing slogans that you've failed to recognise that energy economics have changed. The green options have largely become the cheaper options, but doing nothing is often the most profitable course of action for existing energy companies. A Green New Deal would revive, not cripple, the economy.

See, again you get yourself utterly confused between CFR and IFR. Best to avoid numbers SR. I won't try too hard explain it to you since you care little and understand less. But simply, if 60% of the population were infected, somewhere around 90% of them would be asymptomatic or have such mild symptoms that they wouldn't be tested and therefore wouldn't become cases. Your numbers are wrong by orders of magnitude.
