LOUDmouth,
I am talking about qualifications, not experience. Posted by Mr Opinion, Monday, 10 August 2020 1:37:04 PM

Mr Opinion,
I am a qualified librarian. I have a BA, an MA and a Masters in Library and Information Science. My work experience is vast and varied, ranging from - public regional libraries, special private libraries, state libraries, parliamentary libraries, university libraries. I have worked in retail, for hospitals, aged care facilities, been an office manager, been in charge of 7 branch libraries, and the list goes on. I have worked in two continents, have run story-time sessions, and book clubs, what more would you like to know? And that's not all. I also am a published author. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it! Posted by Foxy, Monday, 10 August 2020 1:48:45 PM

Dear Foxy, No, I did not see the SBS presentation of Trump. The fact is the SBS only present leftist views of Trump with intent of bias and promote racist programmes. "We do things a little different," is their slogan. I know several presenters personally on SBS and their views.
LEFT-CENTER BIAS These media sources have a slight to moderate liberal bias. They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes) to favor liberal causes. These sources are generally trustworthy for information, but may require further investigation. See all Left-Center sources. Overall, we rate The Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Left-Center Biased based on story selection and editorial positions that moderately favor the left. http://mediabiasfactcheck.com/special-broadcasting-service-sbs/ Posted by Josephus, Monday, 10 August 2020 1:56:59 PM

Gough Whitlam can rightly be called the founder of Medicare.
In the early 1970s a large proportion of Australians lacked coverage for health. The scheme for universal coverage was originally called Medibank and was a major plank in Whitlam's winning 1972 election platform. Medibank was one of the reforms that defined the Whitlam government and its underlying philosophy. The guiding mission was to provide adequate healthcare to all citizens regardless of their financial means. The following link gives the history: http://www.nswnma.asn.au/vale-gough-whitlam-founder-of-medibankmedicare/ Dear Josephus, It's always good to view more than just one set of views. Right, Left, or Centrist. I'm sure that you will agree. Posted by Foxy, Monday, 10 August 2020 2:12:07 PM

Foxy,
Thanks. At least now I have a good idea about what you know and where you're coming from and will be respectful of your position and ideas in the future. Posted by Mr Opinion, Monday, 10 August 2020 2:23:08 PM

I'll accept that if you can point them out to me.
