Joe Biden - is he up to the job?
Foxy,
Evidence says no ! One more term of Trump would give the Democrats a better kick-off but not now !
Biden is too old now to learn new tricks. Trump's way ahead of him in managing that Dogs breakfast that is the US Trump inherited !

Dear Joe,

I mentioned Mike Pence as a Republican replacement instead
of Trump, but of course that's not going to happen. I
opted for Pence simply because of his opting for low
key public appearances - and the limitation of his
remarks to closely choreographed statements as opposed
to the bombastic style of the commander-in-chief.

I know Pence is a Christian conservative who opposes gay
marriage, abortion, is pro the tobacco industry, and the
list goes on. But I thought that he'd still do less harm
than Trump.

Joe Biden on the other hand may well be the oldest candidate
for the job - but he's experienced and I admire his stand on
issues like affordable health care - and that America's role
as leader on the global stage. I think the country would be
in safer hands under him. His interest in affordable health
care is personal.

He lost his first wife and infant daughter in a car accident
in 1972 and in 2015 his son Beau died of brain cancer.
Biden also has been endorsed by Barack Obama - and for me
speaks volumes.

Individual,

Trump did not inherit a "dog's breakfast" from
Obama - as you claim. That is absolutely wrong!
You should not believe what the guy tweets or
says. He's a perpetual liar - and can't be trusted.

He has tweeted and stated multiple times that he inherited
a mess from Obama.

Many people don't seem to realize that Trump's rhetoric
does not match reality.

When you look up the data and facts, when you look at the
employment numbers, unemployment rate, GDP growth,
the federal deficit, the stock market and trade,
it's obvious that Trump did NOT inherit a mess from Obama.

It took a couple of years after Obama took office for job
growth to get back on track after the Great Recession.

Starting in 2011 and through 2016 there were over 2 million
jobs created per year with over 3 million in 2014. Including
January 2017 when Trump was inaugurated there had been 76 months
(6 years and 4 months) of positive employment growth.

Trump did not inherit a "dog's breakfast"
Foxy,
It doesn't really matter what you say. No matter how you want to twist things, a dog's breakfast will alway be a dog's breakfast !
Look at the mess the Goaf created here, we're still adversely affected by some of it ! And, I'm talking about 50 years on, not three or four !
