No I was referring to the coal strikes of 1940 where unions, acting under orders from Moscow, tried to interfere with the war effort. Remember Russia was then an ally of Hitler.

Government largesse will only delay the coming economic crunch that will result from Morrison's heavy handedness. Morrison won't suffer personally. These people are telling the rest of us what we can do and putting restrictions on our freedoms. But what do they get up to on weekends? Are they short of toilet paper?
