My recent dealings with both Work and Income New Zealand and Centrelink Australia and several staff members, indicate to me that both are fastidious and most thorough in their assessment of applications for payments. From answering questionnaires, giving bank statements, to supplying property evaluations (at some cost to me) This indicates to me Centrelink staff follow the rules.

How about YOU acknowledge what I put up in detail debunks at least one claim in the story you posted. No you wont do that as it doesn't suit your mantra. As for your FOI, provide some detail, I don't know what you are on about.
